Every month we introduce you to one of our Moderators. This month however, we bring you Csaba Pozsárkó, our one and only SCF Administrator, the worst job imaginable in the whole world! No wonder why I gave it up for something as exciting as Tech Support! :P
“Gaieus” (Csaba Pozsárkó), born and living in Pécs, Hungary, first graduated as a historian / archaeologist – after spending a semester at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania – at the University of Pécs in 1991 and later as a lawyer in 2001. He really is a teacher type and has been teaching in secondary school as well as various faculties at the University of Pécs – probably this is why he tends to be so active on the forums, too. He currently works for the local municipality as a civil servant.
As an archaeologist, he first got involved with 3D visualization when reconstructing the buildings of the Early Christian cemetery – a UNESCO World Heritage site – of his home town together with other European sites of Roman archaeology (see http://www.h2g2.hu/peregrinus/). He started using SketchUp 5 when it was made free by Google and got hooked by it so much that soon he became a Pro user and has become a beta tester of SketchUp ever since, though his main field is still archaeological reconstruction.
CatchUp is a newsletter brought to you by the members of the SketchUp Community Forums (SCF).
Thanks to: All the members of the SCF for making all of this possible.
Special thanks to:
