May 10th 2008, marked the 1st anniversary of the SketchUp Community Forums. And to celebrate, we're going to award a $ 199,= prize next month to the winner of this month's competition (see below).

To celebrate the return of CatchUp, we have put together an issue packed with lots of interesting news bits and stories.
And, as you can see, we've launched the newsletter in a brand new format: a virtual book in HTML. Flip through the pages like a regular magazine, using the page numbers at the bottom of each page.
To start off this issue, we have not one, not two, not three, or even four, but FIVE interviews! I guess you could say we've had some 'Catching Up' to do. ;)
Most of the regular features are back, such as the interview, prize draw (see below) and of course we'll be feeding another Moderator to the lions this month (rumor has it it's our beloved Administrator!). The Gallery submission has been discontinued though. There is so much great work out there nowadays, it's impossible to pick one as the best of the month.
Too much to abbreviate, but you DO NOT want to miss the interview with Google's Aidan - SketchUp for Dummies - Chopra. He'll be talking about 3D Basecamp 2008 and SketchUp 7. So, flip to the next page!
