ionymous, where the two components meet you must still have a face on either the large or small component. Delete this and you are good to go.

Jabba, you are correct if you want to make them into one component. This tutorial was created to show how two separate components can be seamless.

I also had problems displaying the site with Safari on a Mac. I am now looking at it with Opera and it looks great!
